This is about Samuel Gomez who serves the Schertz are on behalf of SERVPRO     Mr. Gomez has been coming to our house to handle the water mitigation issues the past few days.   He has amazing customer service skills, is very knowledgeable and you can be sure he represents your company with integrity and makes the homeowner feel as though they are being taken care of in special way.   That type of customer service does not come easy.  Some of it is developed and some of it is just talent.  He is VERY thorough in his readings to ensure he has covered all possible areas that need water mitigation attention.  Thx for having him come out.  While we are not done yet, we are sure he will get the job done right.
